I knew that I was in great hands from the moment I walked in for a consultation! Dr. Gass is not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about his patients. He and his team take the time to explain every step of the process and thoroughly answer any questions. This was my third time having braces, and Dr. Gass was the first orthodontist to refer me to an oral surgeon to fix my recessed jaw to truly correct my overbite.. which every doctor in the past just tried to camouflage. Now that braces are off, I couldn’t be happier with my teeth. Lanier Orthodontics truly helped me regain my confidence and gave me a smile that I am proud of. The staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They didn't waste time and got to the point about the treatment recommended for my "smile" goal, how they could best assist me, and payment options. They have what I think is a great in-house payment plan, for patients who need one, since they did not accept "Care Credit" as a payment option (as of 7/31/25). My braces look really good, and I've received multiple compliments on my "beautiful smile". 😁 I look forward to my follow up appointments as I progress.

I saw Dr. Gass at Lanier Orthodontics today for the first time and I was very happy with my experience. The staff and Dr. Gass were very nice and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and made everything go as smoothly as possible. I have struggled with needing braces ever since I was a pre-teen but never had the financial ability or courage to start the process. No words can describe how we as a family appreciate Dr. Gass and Lanier. To put it in perspective, we’ve been in orthodontic care for several years with three boys and one adult. We came in for a visit to see what they offer. This was gonna be my second time getting a price and how long? The moment we walked in I knew we were gonna get braces here. They made you feel at home and knowing they had our best interest at mind was even better. This is a private Orthodontist and his love shows beyond for this County.. So I’m asking to help spread the word and let’s show up and support local. My son was very nervous but they made him feel calm his only concerns was not being able to eat chick mini’s and they assure him he can still have them….

We LOVE Lanier Orthodontics!! We’ve only been with them for a short while and we’re already incredibly impressed with our experience!
They are so friendly and accommodating. They have been amazing about working with our change of insurance and time line.
When I brought my son in for his initial consultation they were amazing about explaining the process. I also mentioned that I needed a retainer and they worked me in that same day to get the process going and finished it quickly so that I could have it before heading out of town. Plus their technology was awesome! Loved not having sticky gel in my mouth for the mold.

We absolutely love Lanier Orthodontics and are planning on having all future treatments done here.
