The staff at Lanier Orthopedics are great and very kind. My granddaughter’s tooth came out and part of her braces were broke. Jordan clipped the wire and checked her out, then sent her/us home smiling ❤️ all for free!

My kids smiles are amazing now…. I have been so impressed by Dr. Gass and his crew here. I was terrified about putting two kids through braces at the same time. Not only were they able to come up with payment plans that worked into our tight monthly budget, the braces did their job so well. I knew that I was in great hands from the moment I walked in for a consultation! Dr. Gass is not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about his patients. He and his team take the time to explain every step of the process and thoroughly answer any questions. This was my third time having braces, and Dr. Gass was the first orthodontist to refer me to an oral surgeon to fix my recessed jaw to truly correct my overbite.. which every doctor in the past just tried to camouflage. Now that braces are off, I couldn’t be happier with my teeth. Lanier Orthodontics truly helped me regain my confidence and gave me a smile that I am proud of. This place has an amazing team made up of people that truly care, and they all do amazing work. Forever grateful and forever recommending them to everyone I know!

We are new patients but already really appreciate the small office, quick service and friendliness of the staff. The staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They didn’t waste time and got to the point about the treatment recommended for my “smile” goal, how they could best assist me, and payment options. They have what I think is a great in-house payment plan, for patients who need one, since they did not accept “Care Credit” as a payment option (as of 7/31/25). My braces look really good, and I’ve received multiple compliments on my “beautiful smile”. 😁 I look forward to my follow up appointments as I progress.

I saw Dr. Gass at Lanier Orthodontics today for the first time and I was very happy with my experience. The staff and Dr. Gass were very nice and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and made everything go as smoothly as possible. I have struggled with needing braces ever since I was a pre-teen but never had the financial ability or courage to start the process. I have a minimum 2.5 year journey ahead of me and I am thankful that I have chosen Lanier Orthodontics for my needs.
