Super thorough! NOT pushy at all and great communication of the treatment plan! Staff and both doctors were so pleasant and funny! definitely not a normal experience I have ever had in a dental environment!!!! I have been very dental doctor averse and they treated me like family… I have also been in business 24 years so I pay attention to details… they are extremely professional and the facility is spotless! Definitely recommend! They make you feel like they have known you for years and you are their favorite client 🫶😃💗Thank you for such a great experience! 🙏😊

We have been with Dr. Gass for a VERY LONG time.. we have followed him near and far (yes an hour drive now!) but between his attention to details, charming chair side manner, the time he takes to explain the odd questions we throw at him each visit, the amazingly sweet staff, and Lisa being one of the best assistants EVER, it wasn’t an option to go anywhere else! Thank you for all you do for my family. Those that have completed treatment and those that are in line for treatment. We appreciate you & wouldn’t trust our care with anyone else! THANK YOU !

Lanier Orthodontics is the best run healthcare business I have experience in my life. The office is organized and well run. Orthodontic appointments and other treatment are scheduled by real people, not automated systems. Dr. Wesley Gass is a perfectionist at creating the best smile for his patients. The office staff are caring, efficient and professional. I travel to Dawsonville from Gainesville because Lanier Orthodontics is the best in Atlanta and surrounding metro areas. It’s well worth the trip to Dawsonville. I’m thankful to Lanier Orthodontics for a healthy mouth and great smile.

My teen just started her braces here a few months ago. The orthodontist and staff are very professional and answer any questions. The assistants who help change the wires and rubber bands are very sweet and friendly to my daughter. We love the clean and bright office too.

The staff was very kind and cooperative to help work around our crazy schedule and my step daughter moving out of state. They went above and beyond to make sure they could squeeze us in and still make sure her teeth came out perfect. Always great conversations while we were there. 10/10.

I just had my second visit with Dr. Gass and got my brackets on, and I’ve had such a great experience so far. Dr. Gass is incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I also want to mention his assistant, she was extremely sweet and made the whole process feel easy and calming. Even with just two visits, I can already tell I chose the right place. Highly recommend!

The staff at Lanier Orthopedics are great and very kind. My granddaughter’s tooth came out and part of her braces were broke. Jordan clipped the wire and checked her out, then sent her/us home smiling ❤️ all for free!

My kids smiles are amazing now…. I have been so impressed by Dr. Gass and his crew here. I was terrified about putting two kids through braces at the same time. Not only were they able to come up with payment plans that worked into our tight monthly budget, the braces did their job so well. The team here is kind and very generous… and they are skilled in what they're doing. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
