I've had a fantastic experience at Lanier Orthodontics! From my first visit back in August 2023, the staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Gass is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail. Great experience! Entire staff is so on top of their game! All educational, no high pressure sales that I have felt from other ortho’s. Dr Gass is honest as can be, great ethics. Beautiful offices, felt immediately comfortable…have a son who didn’t wear his retainer so this is second time around and doing Invisalign, thoroughly informed which was great (Gass was not previous orthodontist) and I wish we went to Gass first time around, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My 10yr old daughter recently got her braces put on by Dr. Gass. To say I'm impressed is an understatement! The office atmosphere, the staff, along with Dr. Gass are all AMAZING! Everything went so smoothly during our consultation. Dr. Gass and staff were very patient and answered all of our questions. I never felt rushed, and I felt (still do) like he truly cared about helping my daughter. He and his staff are very personable and create a very comfortable atmosphere. MOST IMPORTANTLY however, my daughter feels good about him. She feels comfortable with Dr. Gass and his staff and has given them two thumbs up!

We have been so pleased with this practice. My daughter is anxious when it comes to dentists and ortho - she has had negative experiences before. Dr. Gass and his staff has been patient, kind, explained everything, and gotten her set up on a treatment plan that makes sense for us.When we ran into some problems with fitting - Bailey (staff) worked to help my daughter until she could get things going on her own. 40 out of 10 for her actions that day!!!

I contacted the office for a consultation for my daughter and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. My daughter loved everyone she came into contact with and Dr. Gass has been a pleasure to work with thus far not recommending anything that wasn’t necessary. I can’t recommend their office enough or give them enough stars! Wow! I just love this orthodontist office! My youngest is now in braces and so glad we found Lanier Orthodontics. The staff is super friendly and they were very helpful with our insurance. Truly a well organized and well run practice. The Doctor was absolutely wonderful and we felt at ease there. And I loved how clean and cute the office looked!

My experience on boarding as a new patient with Dr. Gass was exceptional. The staff were courteous and welcoming and Dr. Gass himself was incredibly professional and personable. From the time I checked in to when I checked out, there was no time wasted. By the end of my appointment, I had been thoroughly briefed on the Invisalign process and had no further questions. I haven’t been to an orthodontist in at least a decade, but my bottom retainer broke and had to find an office asap. I called Lanier Orthodontics and they were able to fit me in with only 30 minutes before they closed…and on a Friday!!! I get very nervous at the dentist and having to get a fixed retainer removed is no fun, but Dr. Gass was very patient with me and only moved at a pace I was comfortable with. One of the staff members assisting even held my hands when she could tell I was uncomfortable. I will definitely be giving them a call when I’m ready to get Invisalign!

Our daughter Baylor is 8 years old and recently got braces. Lanier Orthodontics is the best for any of your orthodontic needs!!! The office is very clean and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Dr. Gass took his time with us to answer any questions we had as well as walk us through the entire process. I have 3 boys and I didn't think I would find an orthodontist that compared to my older two boys orthodontist when we moved to Georgia. I have to say I have never been happier to be wrong ! My 10-year-old daughter has been begging me for the longest time to get her some braces. We have been patiently waiting for her Dentist to give us the go ahead. When they did, we found Lanier orthodontics doing a quick google search and I’m so glad we did. They fit us in for a consult and when we came in they explained everything to us and even offered to put them on that day. Dr Goss and his staff were so fun and easy to work with. I have one very happy girl.

Took my twins there yesterday and I have to say I am glad I clicked on the FB ad. Great service, the ladies in the office were very sweet and attentive. They made my girls feel comfortable and what can I say about Dr. Gass; he was very informative and personable with his suggestions for what is best for my girls. I highly recommend this place. Beautiful office, friendly and helpful staff, Dr. Wesley and Dr. Kelsey took special attention to go over my care and give me all the treatment options. My permanent retainer was repaired and reinforced; Dr. Wesley went above just the repair to check and remedy the cause of the break. I will be going back to them and recommending them to anyone in need of ortho treatment.

I called a dozen places and no one wanted to try to help me with my damaged spacer on my tooth.Lanier actually talked to me on the first phone call and was very encouraging that they could help. They saw me quickly and solved my problem.The facility is beautiful and very inviting.The office staff are super friendly.And Dr Gass took the time to show me what was going on and educate me on options I had. Then he took care of the problem.I highly recommend them.I’ll be bringing my daughter home here in a few weeks because of my experience with them.

My wife Valerie has Invisalign and needed local Orthodontist here In Dawsonville and found this amazing office and was totally impressed with the doctor and the whole entire staff. The office is beautiful and extremely professional. Everyone was so polite from the very first phone call to her visit today. If you taking the time to read the comments, then I don't know what you're waiting for. Just call and experience it for yourself. I could echo all the previous great comments because they are true. From walking into the office to Dr. Gass explaining the process to not only me, but my son in a way we both understood is a superpower ability in itself. The level of service and commitment from the total staff in itself was A++. Loyal from the first visit, but they have earned it.

From the very first phone call with the office I knew it was going to be a great practice to be with. From the start of my appointment this morning to do my consultation the staff was wonderful. They always made sure I knew what they were doing and why they were doing it. We talked about treatment plans and then got started with putting braces on me. I was only in for about an hour and 15 minutes and that was with putting the braces on and the consultation. I definitely will be recommending everybody to go here!!

Super thorough! NOT pushy at all and great communication of the treatment plan! Staff and both doctors were so pleasant and funny! definitely not a normal experience I have ever had in a dental environment!!!! I have been very dental doctor averse and they treated me like family… I have also been in business 24 years so I pay attention to details… they are extremely professional and the facility is spotless! I waited until our 3rd visit and I waited because 1st visits may not show all the service or lack of service. LET ME TELL YOU, THIS OFFICE HAS AMAZING SERVICE!!!! The doctors and front staff are so kind and caring. I'm so happy we found this office for my daughter's orthodontist needs. Would recommend to any one. As my kids say I give it a 10 out of 10 stars!!!

I went in for a free consult today since my ~10 year old retainer needed to be tightened and I figured it would be good to check in with an orthodontist after a decade. They looked at my teeth, adjusted my retainer, and gave me sound advice/direction on a few other concerns I had at no charge. But if my family or I ever have any orthodontic needs down the road, this is definitely the place I’d go and would happily and confidently invest in their services. **Side note: it’s hard to find trustworthy medical professionals who don’t utilize fear tactics and lack of patient education to try to get you to open your wallet. There was NONE of that here. I was worried that I’d be “lured in” to get a new retainer altogether, or be told that my seemingly good teeth would fall out in 24 hours unless I bought some crazy product lol. But he said there was no need for anything new and happily fixed what I had. Great experience, quality people.

Great experience so far. Our daughter went in for a consult and was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Things went smoothly, questions were answered and concerns were alleviated by Dr Gass and his team. Practice office is clean, sleek and airy. Its a bit off the beaten path in Dawsonville but had plenty of parking and easy to access by elevator. Dr Gass was great with my daughter (12 yrs) and chatted comfortably while applying her braces. Used technology (video) to explain braces care then went on to have our daughter to sign a contract on the care of said braces to hold her responsible! She even got a goodie bag with tools for braces care and a lovely new stainless steel mug.Touches like this make a patient feel welcome and truly cared for.

I went for a consultation for my 2 children for braces or aligners. Dr. Gass offers a free consultation for evaluating your options. He took his time with us and thoroughly explained the options ad payment plans. The office is not crowded nor are appointments rushed. Be expected to pay more for this personal level of care, but know that the difference in the service provided is very noticeable.
