I haven’t been to an orthodontist in at least a decade, but my bottom retainer broke and had to find an office asap. I called Lanier Orthodontics and they were able to fit me in with only... 30 minutes before they closed…and on a Friday!!! I get very nervous at the dentist and having to get a fixed retainer removed is no fun, but Dr. Gass was very patient with me and only moved at a pace I was comfortable with. I went in for a free consult today since my ~10 year old retainer needed to be tightened and I figured it would be good to check in with an orthodontist after a decade. They looked at my... teeth, adjusted my retainer, and gave me sound advice/direction on a few other concerns I had at no charge. But if my family or I ever have any orthodontic needs down the road, this is definitely the place I’d go and would happily and confidently invest in their services. **Side note: it’s hard to find trustworthy medical professionals who don’t utilize fear tactics and lack of patient education to try to get you to open your wallet. There was NONE of that here. I was worried that I’d be “lured in” to get a new retainer altogether, or be told that my seemingly good teeth would fall out in 24 hours unless I bought some crazy product lol. But he said there was no need for anything new and happily fixed what I had. Great experience, quality people.read more

Dr Gass was great with my daughter (12 yrs) and chatted comfortably while applying her braces. Used technology (video) to explain braces care then went on to have our daughter to sign a contract on the care of said braces to hold her responsible!
